Vitreoretinal
John Weiss Offer Vitreoretinal Flushing Device
To enhance and support the new range of Vitreoretinal instruments, John Weiss now offers a vitreoretinal micro instrument cleaning and flushing device. Specialist micro forceps and scissors have a delicate, precision mechanism that requires particular care. This new flushing device represents a significant advance over the previously universal cleaning method for such instruments utilising a syringe and silicone tubing.
To protect and prolong the life of microsurgical instruments, they should be flushed through several times with distilled water and alcohol and inspected after each use and prior to sterilisation. The life of an instrument depends on the care given while in use and reprocessing. John Weiss recommend the use of a specialist vitreoretinal flushing device.
